Join more than 1,100 surgical organizations who trust nimble solutions and its advisors to bring deep insights and actionable intelligence to maximize their revenue cycle.As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initiation through completion; including project communications, kickoff, task and milestone management, scope management, change management, risks/issues management, hitting target go live dates with timely transition to operations/client management. You will have ownership of and responsibility for your assigned projects. The ideal candidate would have project management experience and revenue cycle experience.On a typical day, you will be working on: Schedules and leads all project calls such as: Sales to Implementation handoff, client introduction, kickoff, weekly status update (internal and client), discovery, specialty team to production team handoff, implementation to client manager handoff, post project review, and completion (internal and client)Communicates and maintains the following: project plan deliverables and dates, project contact list, communication plan, risk/issues list, etc.Sends agendas (prior to) and action notes (after) status calls – both internal and client facingAdvise and drive implementation – from usual and customary to unique and specialized situations Creates and/or utilizes existing project plans appropriate to the services/products being implementedCreates documentation as needed for unique and specific client needsClient facing with strong ability to facilitate and manage onboarding of complex clients.Meets and communicates with complex clients and adjusts plans and approaches accordingly.Weekly (and ad hoc) reporting of project status with risks/issues, go live date changes, etc.RequirementsWho you are: Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
