What you\'ll be doing
You\'ll be part of a compassionate team focused on patient wellbeing, supporting recovery through personalised care and therapies. Working with qualified staff, you\'ll assist with assessments, care plans, and tasks that promote dignity and treatment. Reporting to the Hospital Director, the Therapy Services Manager is a key member of the Senior Management Team, accountable for inpatient and day care services, ensuring high-quality standards are met and maintained.
Responsibilities
* Support patient wellbeing through personalised care and therapies.
* Assist with assessments, care plans, and tasks that promote dignity and treatment.
* Collaborate with qualified staff and report to the Hospital Director.
* Oversee inpatient and day care services to ensure high-quality standards are met and maintained.
Qualifications
* Experienced mental health professional with supervisory or management experience (ideally Ward Manager or equivalent).
* Experience managing budgets, leading teams, and implementing quality and innovation within a mental health setting.
