The Role
This is a varied role for a Nottingham Estate Agent where you will be out of the office a lot doing viewings, inspections, inventory checks, compliance and content capture.

If you are currently in lettings (inventory clerk, property manager etc), and looking for a change whilst still being in the sector, this could be of interest.

Role responsibilities:
Property Inspections & Reporting
* Carry out check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, inventories and schedules of condition
* Produce inspection and compliance reports in line with TDS requirements
* Help ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including health & safety, fire, gas, PAT testing, and HHSRS
Marketing Content & Viewings
* Create property marketing content including photos, videos and floor plans
* Conduct and manage property viewings, collecting feedback to support successful lets
Ad hoc responsibilities to help the team
Car and driver's license

* Commission
* Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
* Free parking
* 22 days + bank hollidays
