The Role

You’ll combine sales, marketing, communication, and structured candidate assessment in a flexible remote position. Your focus is to create qualified demand, speak with career-change-minded prospects, guide them through a clear decision process, and support suitable people as they take their next step.

This role requires initiative, follow-through, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work without daily supervision.

Workload: Flexible, from part-time to full-time, approximately 25–100%, depending on your goals and availability.


What You’ll Do
* Create qualified demand through digital marketing, content, email, and paid media
* Launch and optimize simple funnels for career-change and growth-focused audiences
* Conduct professional discovery calls and structured fit assessments
* Guide suitable prospects through a clear decision pathway
* Use established digital tools and proven marketing systems
* Track activity, improve messaging, and optimize conversion performance
* Work with a professional support team in a collaborative international environment


What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, consulting, business development, or a related field
* Strong communication skills and confidence in professional conversations
* A high level of personal drive and ownership
* Comfort working independently and managing your own activity
* Interest in personal growth, career development, and human potential
* A practical, results-oriented mindset
* Curiosity, resilience, and the willingness to learn a proven process
