We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to support our fast-paced production environment.
As a key member of our operations team, you’ll contribute to the manufacturing, packing, and assembly of high-quality components used in industries across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Perform secondary operations such as packing, assembling, and machine minding
Accurately log labour and activities using EFACS/ERP or similar systems
Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives
Report hazards or near misses using iAuditor
Adhere to company procedures including GMP, GDP, and Quality Management Systems
Maintain good housekeeping practices at all times
Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and knowledge
Positively represent the company and uphold our core values
Complete any other duties reasonably requested by management
What We’re Looking For:
Level 1 Maths and English (or equivalent)
Great attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work to set processes
Dexterity and good manual handling skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Strong work ethic and a positive “can-do” attitude
Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent)
Experience in a precision engineering/manufacturing environment
Familiarity with EFACS or similar ERP systems
Basic mechanical understanding and ability to use digital tools
