Post Title: Service Delivery Officer Level 3
Salary: £26,824 – £27,694 per annum (Grade D)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Location: Various sites across Nottingham City Council (flexible working required)

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and motivated Service Delivery Officer to join our Tree Services team at Nottingham City Council. You’ll play a key role in supporting greener, safer, and thriving spaces across our city.
Your work will directly contribute to the Council’s vision of putting citizens first by delivering tailored, flexible business support. From managing operational reports 📊 to stakeholder communications 🤝, you’ll ensure smooth service delivery and positive outcomes for Nottingham’s communities.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and collaboration- no two days will be the same!
✅ What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing a comprehensive business support service across Tree Services.
* Preparing accurate reports and presentations with minimal supervision.
* Handling stakeholder interactions professionally and building strong relationships.
* Supporting financial transactions and budget monitoring.
* Mentoring new staff and helping colleagues grow.
* Identifying improvements to processes and promoting smarter use of technology đź’».

🙌 What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time.
* Knowledge of business/finance administration processes.

* Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
