We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a MEICA Framework on an environmental agency framework in the Southwest region. What you’ll be doing: * Leading the mobilisation and delivery of a high-profile MEICA framework * Managing multiple workstreams across mechanical, electrical, and civils projects * Overseeing PPM activities and ensuring efficient asset maintenance * Driving tender submissions, pricing, and programme development * Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget * Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities Why this role? * Take ownership of a key regional framework * Be part of a growing, forward-thinking engineering team * Work across diverse sectors including Environment Agency, CRT, Highways * Genuine opportunities for career progression and regional influence * Varied workload across both project delivery and maintenance What we’re looking for: * Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Agent in MEICA * Strong technical understanding of mechanical & electrical systems * Experience in regulated environments (e.g. flood defence, infrastructure)desirable * SMSTS (or willingness to obtain) * Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent) * Collaborative leadership style and strong commercial awareness * Full UK driving licence
