Description
You will work across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, supporting a diverse client base that includes:
* Commercial and residential developers
* Investors and landowners
* Asset managers and corporate occupiers
* Commercial landlords and tenants
The work will be varied and engaging, typically involving:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial and mixed‑use sites
* Advising on development‑related matters
* Landlord and tenant work, including leasing and portfolio management
* General transactional property work
* Supporting partners on more complex matters while managing your own caseload
* This role offers significant client exposure, the opportunity to work closely with partners, and involvement in interesting, high‑value transactions.
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property from a recognised practice
* Experience in acquisitions, disposals, development‑related matters, and/or landlord and tenant work
* Strong academics and a solid grounding in Real Estate law
* Excellent communication and client‑handling skills
* Good commercial awareness and a proactive, organised approach to managing files
* The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
