Education/ Adult Safeguarding Lawyer Warrington (Local Authority role) Contract role Hourly rate negotiable 37 hours per week Operating in the field of education and/or adult social care law from time to time you may also be expected to advise councillors and officers in the area of children's social care. The posts involve advocacy in the Court of Protection, the Special Educational Needs Tribunal and other tribunals. All candidates will need excellent communication skills, team skills and the ability to interpret legislation in a common sense and practical manner, having due regard to the Council's legal responsibilities. Training and mentoring from experienced colleagues will be provided where needed.
