Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of our front-of-house leadership team, helping to drive service excellence and team performance in the Grand Cafe. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Grand Cafe, ensuring a smooth and professional service. Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. Support with staff training, development, and motivation. Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and customer care. Work closely with senior management to implement service improvements and operational efficiencies. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a premium or 4-star hospitality environment. Confident leadership and strong communication skills.
