Key Objectives As a Customer Service Representative, your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to our customers. You will play a critical role in resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and troubleshooting. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience. Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a remote setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Comfortable using technology, including CRM software and communication tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
