Our client based in Huntingdon is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Key Activities & Accountabilities:
All general administrative tasks.
Booking of interview space
Maintain company website and current vacancies.
Advertising of new vacancies across job boards
Conduct early-stage vetting of applications to ensure suitable candidates are passed to the relevant people.
Effectively manage direct applications through the recruitment inbox and appropriately respond in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance is thoroughly completed for every candidate that is interviewed.
Ad hoc tasks
Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident administration skills
Experience and good working knowledge of Excel
