Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Estimator with a Civil Engineering background to join our team at our Heol-Y-Cyw location. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates by analysing project proposals, specifications, and requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include evaluating project costs, preparing detailed cost breakdowns, collaborating with commercial/project managers, suppliers, and clients, and ensuring estimates align with budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Cost Estimation, Budget Analysis, and Financial Planning
* Civil Engineering background (through education or experience)
* Experience working with project proposals, logistics, and materials procurement
* Strong Analytical Thinking and Attention to Detail
* Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills
* Knowledge of Construction or Engineering processes
* Proficiency in Estimation Software and Microsoft Excel
* Relevant academic qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
