Responsibilities
* Support and manage residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Work on multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of client care.
* Provide assistance in conveyancing matters as part of a growing team.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth progression and delivery of services.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Have experience assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
* Are working towards becoming a Junior Conveyancer or are already in the role.
* Are confident communicators with strong organisational skills.
* Are proactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent services.
* Have a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
* Are comfortable using legal case management systems and digital tools.
* Work well independently and as part of a team.
* Desirable (not essential): Formal training or qualifications in conveyancing (e.g., CLC, LPC, or equivalent).
* Experience handling client communications and drafting legal documents (preferred).
