We welcome applications from qualified Dispensers and those with no pharmacy experience who are eager to begin their career as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant.
📍 Location: Birmingham Northfield
🕒 Hours: 34 hours per week – Flexible throughout the week including occasional Saturdays (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
💷 Salary: £13.30 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £12.50 per hour (Trainee Pharmacy Assistant)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
* Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
* Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
* Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
* Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant
* No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
* A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work well in a team or independently
* Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
Qualifications
