Wellbeing, HR & People Manager (Part‑Time)
Gloucester | 22.5 hours per week | £16 per hour | Permanent
This is a hands‑on role at the heart of the organisation, where you will be the trusted HR and wellbeing contact for staff, freelancers, and sessional workers. You will lead on people processes, wellbeing initiatives, recruitment and learning & development, helping to create a supportive, inclusive and high‑performing workplace.
Responsibilities
* Act as the trusted HR and wellbeing contact for staff, freelancers and sessional workers.
* Lead people processes, wellbeing initiatives, recruitment and learning & development.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape culture, wellbeing and people strategy.
* Support a supportive, inclusive and high‑performing workplace.
Qualifications and skills
* Experience in HR or people‑focused roles.
* Strong employment law knowledge.
* Approachable, organised and confident working independently.
* Passion for wellbeing, inclusion and helping people thrive.
* CIPD qualification or experience in the charity/creative sector is desirable but not essential.
