Soft FM Supervisor – Join Our Team at Leuchars Station
Location: Leuchars Station, Fife, KY16 0JX
Pay: £13.75 per hour (£25,110.66 per annum)
Hours: Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week, working pattern Monday – Friday
Shift times: 08:00 – 15:30

What you'll do:
* Provide support to the cleaning team during periods of high demand, including holiday cover, sickness absence, and peak workloads.
* Conduct waste management checks, including coordination with site contractors
* Manage stores operations, including the collection and issuing of materials and equipment.
* Carry out routine health and safety inspections.
* Escort contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with site regulations and safety procedures.
* Deliver staff training and guidance as required.
* Perform cleaning assurance checks.
* Issue equipment and maintain control of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) materials.
What we're looking for:
* Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you!
* Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
* A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
