‘Business Manager, Infection Prevention and Control, NHS Lothian’
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic transformational leader to deliver improved quality and safety of care and effective service delivery that ensures that Infection Prevention and Control is integral to everyday culture and practice across NHS Lothian and the Health & Social Care Partnerships.
The Business Manager will contribute to the Executive Nurse Director’s Senior Management Team providing leadership and visibility and supporting workflows associated with Infection Prevention and Control programmes of work and wider Executive corporate responsibilities.
The post holder will lead on a portfolio of projects ensuring service changes and improvements are implemented, monitored and evaluated. These projects will range from the development and implementation of new systems e.g. development of the Infection Prevention and Control and Healthcare Associated Infection (HAI) dashboard for local grip and control use in service, to the fundamental redesign of current systems and processes e.g. systems and processes for all audits, surveillance, staff training, governance and compliance reporting locally and nationally.
