The Role
The Private Client Solicitor will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Trusts
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Inheritance Tax and succession planning
The role offers a high degree of autonomy and will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships. There will also be opportunities to support and mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the department.
The Ideal Candidate
* Private Client Solicitor (5+ years PQE)
* Strong technical expertise across the full range of private client matters
* A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
