Due to continued successful growth, we have an excellent permanent opportunity to join our Fortem team at Orbit Housing as a Carpenter Multi Skilled Trade in the repairs and maintenance team.
The Carpenter Multi Trade will be responsible for most aspects of property maintenance and repairs to Social Housing Properties, utilizing core carpentry skills and basic plumbing. You will be covering a patch of social housing in Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, Bedford, and surrounding areas, so travel is essential.
Core hours are Monday-Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm. A work van and fuel card are provided!
As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will ensure all work is completed to a high standard with minimal supervision. The role involves taking ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs, operating within company health and safety guidelines, and remaining within budget and time parameters, all while being courteous and professional around tenants.
