Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day classroom support for students with Autism and SEMH needs
* Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social communication
* Support children 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and engagement
* Help deliver personalised interventions under the guidance of specialists
* Promote a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment
