Overview
We are partnering with an award-winning social care organisation based in Halesowen, looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office) and a salary of c. £26,000.
Responsibilities
* Checking and processing approximately 1,000 invoices per month
* Reconciling supplier statements and direct debit payments
* Checking supplier accounts, obtaining missing information if required and updating accounts accordingly
* Dealing with and resolving internal and external queries
* Assisting with supplier payment runs
* Monitoring the AP inbox and handling and distributing post
Experience required
* Background in accounts payable
