The shifts are from 9 pm to 7 am, usually 3-4 times a week, with increased hours leading up to Christmas.
This role offers the opportunity to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful
* Responding efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction
* Processing transactions securely, quickly, and accurately
* Working as part of the store team to create a fun and friendly environment
* Living the company values by taking individual responsibility and working towards team goals
* Handling cash and operating tills accurately
* Implementing store changes and promotions promptly and precisely
Flexibility in working hours is required, including the possibility of shift work.
