You are applying for a full time opportunity to work in a thriving legal practice dealing with residential conveyancing and private client work. The job will entail two days working as a receptionist as part of a job share, and three days providing legal and office administration support to the Directors and the wills and probate department.
Previous experience of working in the legal sector especially in wills and probate would be an advantage but training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Greet & welcome clients and visitors to the building,
* Answer internal / external calls in a professional, timely and efficient manner - Directing calls to appropriate staff / department
* Making appointments for clients
* Take detailed and accurate messages and pass to the relevant contact or take ownership where appropriate
* Ensure that reception and telephone communications meet the highest standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
* Audio typing for solicitors as required
* Manage scanning of incoming / outgoing post
* General administration as required including file and document maintenance and archiving
* Mailing and post duties.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
