Job Title: Customer Service Assistant - Lifeguard
Location: Brockworth Sports Centre
Job Type: Casual Post
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Responsibilities
As a Lifeguard you are calm and confident, potentially you could save a life, and you will help keep people safe. You will need to feel comfortable being in control of the pool and challenging inappropriate behaviour.
You’re not the type to panic under pressure and compromise the safety of others. The role isn’t Baywatch, you don\u2019t just sit and watch. You can perform a rescue, deliver first aid, and have difficult conversations with customers who are not acting safely; we will give you the skills and qualifications to be able to do this.
As our next Lifeguard you’ll provide safe supervision of customers in poolside locations. You will keep people safe, and you are ultimately responsible for preventing serious injuries or accidents.
Key Requirements
* National Pool Lifeguard Qualified or have the ability to pass the course
