Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000neg + bonuses tbc

The role of the Business Development Manager – Site Fencing & Hoarding will involve:
* Field sales position selling the hire & sale of temporary fencing & hoarding systems
* Psector include construction, infrastructure and rail
* The majority of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, sub-contractors and house builders such as: Kier, Morgan Sindall, Vinci & Balfour Beattie
* A smaller element of the role will be spent managing distributor accounts such as Hermec and Safesite
* Turnover target will be determined by tour experience
* Predominately a new business position
The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager – Site Fencing & Hoarding with:
* Must have field sales experience on site dealing with main contractors and house builders such as: Kier, Morgan Sindall, Vinci & Balfour Beattie
* Ideally contacts within the contractors with Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers
* Must have sold a construction site based product used in the early stages of the build process
* Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and determined
* Must be able to generate new business
