This is a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of the operations, supporting both internal departments and retail stores. What you’ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for retail store queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly or directed to the right team Supporting with recruitment activity for new store openings – previous recruitment experience would be a real advantage here Handling HR-related queries for both store and Head Office employees Coordinating travel arrangements for staff Managing system user accounts, staff discount cards and training documents Collecting, recording and reporting on departmental data, including Health & Safety reports Producing reports and sharing insights with managers and stakeholdersWhat we’re looking for: We want someone who can bring energy and accuracy to the role, while being a true team player.
