Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor/HR Business Partner to join the Operations UK HR business partnering team on a 12 month Fixed-Term contract, based up in Bolton and requires on-site presence as collaboration with colleagues and engagement with stakeholders is key. However, there will be opportunities to work from home when diary commitments and business needs allow.
You will be involved in the following:-
1. Responsible for people management activities within the Manufacturing UK business area of the Operations UK Directorate. Coaching, influencing and advising in all matters relating to people management
2. Working closely with the business area, acting as the key contact for complex people issues providing advice, coaching and solutions. Identifying development opportunities and coaching the management team through people issues
3. Working closely with the Function and Department Heads to understand the business challenges and the people issues
4. Coaching, advising and influencing. Developing strong effective working relationships across the business area including the Trade Unions.
5. Supporting the business area in the development of tailored resourcing strategies.
6. Participating in Operations UK HR team meetings and contributing to the planning of HR activities.
