- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Business based in Lisburn. Due to ongoing growth they are keen to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy Finance team.
The Right role:
1. Assist with processing purchase invoices and matching GRNs/POs
2. Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit notes
3. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries
4. Support weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
5. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
6. Assist with payment runs and petty cash management
7. Input and verify data on accounting software
The Right Fit:
8. 1–2 years’ experience in an Accounts / Finance role
9. Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail
10. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
11. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
12. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
