1. Basic Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 | OTE: £42,000 – £44,000
2. Independent Classic & Prestige Mercedes Specialist
3. Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 | Friday 08:30 – 16:30
4. On-site Parking | Company Pension | Own Ramp Provided
Our client is a well-established Mercedes-Benz Specialist workshop based in Ashford, Kent, proudly serving customers across the Maidstone, Folkestone, and Dover areas. Established over 7 years ago, the business is known for its high standards, strong reputation, and fascinating variety of vehicles – including classic Mercedes, American muscle cars, AC Cobras, Hummers, and more.
With a well-equipped workshop and a skilled team, they are now looking for an experienced Mercedes-Benz Specialist Technician to join their growing business.

7. Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
8. Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
9. 30-minute lunch break + 2 x 15-minute tea breaks

13. Work on a wide range of prestige, rare and historic vehicles
14. No private work during hours – but welcome to do your own in your free time

18. 2 x Scissor lifts
What are we looking for?
19. Ideally, Mercedes-Benz factory training or strong Mercedes-Benz dealership experience
20. Alternatively, an experienced independent Mercedes-Benz technician
21. A passion for quality workmanship and an eye for detail
22. Comfortable working on everything from routine servicing to intricate mechanical work on rare and historic models
23. Someone who wants to take pride in their craft and be part of a close-knit, skilled team
24. Technicians with long-term Mercedes experience (30+ years) are warmly encouraged to apply
