We are looking for high-potential, highly driven sales talent to join the Orthopaedic Instruments South West team as a Sales Associate, supporting our continued growth with a market-leading portfolio.
This role is for someone hungry to learn, relentless in their work ethic, and motivated by being part of a winning team. Prior sales or product experience is not essential — attitude, ownership, and effort are.

8. Deliver product education to ensure safe and effective product use
9. Support and execute the UK Orthopaedic Instruments strategy

What you’ll need
17. Degree in science or business (preferred, not essential) or equivalent experience
18. Some exposure to sales or commercial environments (helpful, not required)
19. A coachable mindset with a strong sense of accountability
20. Clear drive to succeed and develop

22. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
23. English language proficiency
24. Full UK driving license
