As a General Manager at one of our stores, you will lead the way, coach like-minded people, and champion what's best for our customers to make amazing happen.
You will take the lead on creating an experience our customers love. Every decision you make will consider the customer and your team. You’ll be the one who brings the store together, living and breathing our values, and acting as the go‑to for questions, support, and development. It comes with great responsibility and an even greater opportunity to have an impact.
Responsibilities
* Set an example for the whole store team and oversee their performance and development through the leaders in your store.
* Create an environment where colleagues feel inspired and able to progress.
* Explore and action new ways of working to benefit your store.
* Lead the store strategy and keep the store at the forefront of the game.
* Manage the overall commercial performance of your store.
Qualifications & Skills
* Established management background in a similar role.
* Embrace changes that continue to evolve the business.
* Confidence to lead a team and make key decisions with them and the rest of the business in mind.
* Commercial instinct and drive to stay ahead, constantly promoting improvement.
