We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to support a 6‑year‑old female client in the Ashtead, Surrey area. Superior Healthcare provides round‑the‑clock care packages to support people living with long‑term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes. As a Complex Healthcare Assistant, you join our care team and will work long‑term with one or a small number of clients. You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for carers, support workers and healthcare assistants who are keen to work full‑time hours however part‑time roles are offered.
How we’ll support you: Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom‑based training when you join us and paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision support from our in‑house team of nurses and supervisors. If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you, as a community care assistant, can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills. Shifts available: Monday‑Thursday 9 pm‑7 am.

Health‑Care Assistant Requirements
* Previous care experience involving personal care.
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* A minimum commitment of 2 shifts a week.
* Must be based in the UK – no visa sponsorship.
* Minimum 6 months care experience.
* Experience supporting paediatric clients.
* Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy.
* Full UK manual driving licence.
Responsibilities
* To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
* To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person‑centred care is provided.
* To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
* To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
* To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation.
