Job Description:
We are seeking an organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities
Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and typing
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Coordinating vehicle servicing, MOTs, and repair requirements to ensure fleet safety and compliance.
Maintain office organisation and cleanliness
Providing administrative support and assistance to our Projects and Service Teams which will include: -scanning, diary management and scheduling, minute taking, coordinating travel arrangements.
Preparing and editing documents, reports and presentations.
Maintaining and organising files, records and presentations.
Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation, project proposals and training materials.
Assisting with the ordering of goods, parts and equipment.
Reconciling time entries for staff.
Handling and transferring incoming phone calls and enquiries.
Administering office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
Experience in an administrative or office role
Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
