We are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for the specification and sales of Lintels and associated items, covering the Essex area; including Chelmsford, Stevenage, and Cambridge.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
* Establish, manage and maintain relationships with current and target customers; Builders Merchants, House-Builders, Contractors, Brickwork Contractors and Specifiers;
* Contribute to and deliver Business Development Plans for relevant key accounts;
* Manage a project pipeline, ensuring schedules and quotes are created within agreed timeframes, and all opportunities are tracked and closed;
* Retain and improve market position via sales of Lintels and associated items;
* Provide comprehensive knowledge of the company, our products and our services;
* Update on a daily basis the company's CRM tool.
What we are looking for in you…
This position is ideally suited to a highly driven individual who has solid knowledge of the building material / construction sector.
We are looking for someone able to build strong relationships and demonstrate a ‘through the wall’ attitude for our customers.
You must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Full, clean driving licence required.
