Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team in Reading. You will carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles at customer sites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles at customer locations
* Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
* Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely
* Complete accurate and timely documentation
* Provide excellent customer service while on-site
* Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience as a Vehicle or HGV Technician / Mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential)
* Flexible and willing to travel to customer sites
