Security Systems Contracts Manager
Job Responsibilities
New leads/business
Managing existing clients expectations/needs
Grow the security division
Work alongside the security team and supervisor to ensure they have plenty of work (scheduling team will book work)
Quoting new works and defects
Monthly reporting to directors
Manage own time (days on site, in office, etc)
Managing CRM/dashboards
Skill set and experience required for a Fire Contracts Manager
A minimum of three years experience in contract management required, preferably gained in delivering to the public sector.
Strong knowledge of security regulations
Computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Good presentation, leadership & management skills
