Overview

We are seeking to appoint a Data Assistant to support the administration of internal assessment systems for the recording, reporting and tracking of student data and progress under the direction of the Senior Data Analyst.

Responsibilities

* Maintain and update student, staff and parent information in Arbor/Pupil Progress in a timely and accurate fashion.
* Support with collection and processing of Admissions information for incoming students.
* Assist the Senior Data Analyst with the preparation of assessment data summaries for internal and external audiences.
* Import and manage data from external sources, e.g. CTF data, importing targets and student lists such as the Gifted and Talented register, PP, KS2 Data, FSM.
* Assist and deputise for the Senior Data Analyst as required.
* Assist colleagues with the management of Arbor and Pupil Progress, reporting and the analysis of data.
* Liaise with colleagues such as the Examinations Officer, Attendance Officer, Senior Leaders and colleagues across Advantage Schools as required.
