The Opportunity: Sales Director, UK & EU
* Reporting directly into the global CEO
* Leading a multi-disciplinary commercial team across the region
* Driving strategy, growth, customer experience, and profitability
* Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and global leadership
The Package:
* £200k–£220k base salary
* 30% performance bonus
* £10k+ car allowance
* International travel
* Hybrid working (2–3 days a week)
