What you’ll need:
* RICS qualification (MRICS or FRICS)
* Solid experience in insurance‑related building surveying, particularly with fire, flood, and storm claims
* A confident, proactive approach to managing major claims and working with clients
* Strong technical expertise in construction and building pathology
