What you’ll need:
1. RICS qualification (MRICS or FRICS)
2. Solid experience in insurance-related building surveying, particularly with fire, flood, and storm claims
3. A confident, proactive approach to managing major claims and working with clients
4. Strong technical expertise in construction and building pathology
