Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets Identify and win new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Promote and sell a range of construction machinery products Monitor market trends and competitor activity Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers Work closely with service, marketing, finance, and logistics teams to support clients Requirements Experience in machinery sales, construction equipment, MEWPs, or a similar industry Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated with strong organisational skills Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence
