The Role
Were delighted to be recruiting for a Restructuring and Insolvency Manager to join our expanding team, based at either our Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester, or Carlisle offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team with a wealth of experience at Senior level.
As part of our growing Restructuringand Insolvency offering, youll play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of cases, supporting junior team members, and contributing to the continued success and development of the department.
The main elements of this role will include:
* Effectively managing insolvency cases and assignments in accordance with the terms of engagement and current legislation
* Supervising Seniors and Administrators effectively, delegating tasks as appropriate
* Ensuring all tasks are completed on time, all statutory requirements and reviews are progressed and completed in accordance with statutory deadlines
* Providing regular feedback to all team members on their performance via informal 1:1 meetings

The Candidate
To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
* CPI/ JIEB/ AAT/ ACA/ ACCA qualification (or an international equivalent)
* Strong working knowledge of UK insolvency legislation, compliance requirements, and case management procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, creditors, legal advisors, and internal teams.
* Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff, manage workloads effectively, and ensure timely progression of cases.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
* Proactive, commercially aware, and committed to delivering high-quality client service.
* A Full UK Driving Licence
