1. Dispensing frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budget
2. Spending time with each patient to understand personal requirements
3. Dealing with complex patient queries and providing outstanding levels of customer service
4. Working closely with the director to actively drive the business forward
5. Marketing, training and mentoring staff
6. Working towards targets
