We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Surveyor to join our team. This role will play a key part in delivering a high-quality, cost-effective asset management service. You will inspect housing assets, carry out stock condition surveys, and ensure compliance with key standards such as Decent Homes, HHSRS, and Awaab’s Law. You will also undertake disrepair inspections, compile detailed reports, and recommend remedial works to maintain safe and compliant homes for our tenants. Key Responsibilities include: Conduct property inspections and collect accurate stock condition data. Identify and escalate hazards, ensuring timely remedial actions. Carry out damp and mould inspections and advise tenants on maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation Maintain accurate asset records and contribute to the development of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in surveying property conditions and reporting on building defects. Knowledge of building construction, Health & Safety, and relevant legislation. Strong organisational and communication skills. NVQ Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or willingness to work towards it. Interviews will be held on 17 December 2025.
