Hourly rate: £38 What is expected of you: Manage a caseload with reflective supervision : Deliver focused, analytical assessments and SMART care plans to ensure positive outcomes for looked after children. Build strong, collaborative relationships : Model strengths-based practice and work directly with children and families to understand their lived experiences, wishes, and feelings. Apply the Signs of Safety model consistently : Use this framework in assessments and interventions to support children, families, and carers effectively. Ensure high-quality planning and documentation : Prepare clear, timely reports and maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and council systems. Commit to professional development and reflective practice : Engage in supervision, stay current with research and policy, and maintain continuous professional development per Social Work England's standards.
