Job Description:

This role offers an opportunity for qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join the Business Support Team within HSCP North West Sector. The main base will be Maryhill Health Centre, with cross-site coverage within NW locality as needed. The post holder will assist the Assistant Business Support Manager in supervising business support and caretaking staff, managing daily operations across sites to ensure safety and efficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently.
The workload includes varied administrative tasks as described in the job description, delegated by the managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; experience with EMIS is desirable. An ECDL qualification or equivalent experience is essential. Experience with staff rosters is advantageous. A driving license is desirable but not mandatory, as travel to other sites within North West Locality may be required.
