Fast-Growing Hospitality Business | Central London (Piccadilly) | Up to £80,000
We're recruiting for a rapidly expanding hospitality business operating premium properties in central London. They use Mews as their core PMS and are building out a best-in-class tech stack to support ambitious growth plans.
The Role
We're looking for a Solutions Expert to bridge hotel operations and technology. This is a newly created role where you'll work closely with operations teams to identify pain points, map workflows, and implement technology solutions that improve both guest and employee experiences.
This isn't traditional hotel ops or pure IT - it's about understanding how hotels work, spotting where technology adds value, and making it happen.
What You'll Do
Systems & Integrations
* Own and optimize our Mews PMS
* Manage all system integrations (payments, CRM, housekeeping, channel managers, etc.)
* Identify opportunities to connect systems and automate manual processes
* Troubleshoot technical issues and manage vendor relationships
Process Improvement & Experience
* Map operational workflows and identify inefficiencies
* Design and implement technology solutions that streamline operations
* Optimize the digital guest journey from booking to checkout
* Document processes, create SOPs, and train operations teams
* Lead implementation of new systems independently
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* 5-10 years in hotel systems/hospitality technology
* Mews PMS experience is non-negotiable - hands-on experience required
* Proven systems integration experience (APIs, connectors, integrations)
* Workflow mapping & process improvement background
* Customer/guest journey mapping experience
* Self-starter who takes initiative and delivers without micromanagement
* Strong stakeholder management - can translate non-technical needs into solutions
* Comfortable 5 days/week in office (Piccadilly Circus, London)
Desirable:
* Experience with payment gateways, CRM, housekeeping systems, channel managers
* Knowledge of Zapier, Make, APIs
* SQL or data analysis skills
* Boutique/lifestyle hotel background
* Change management experience
