About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our team at Planet Ice Gillingham. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional manner
* Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
* Support general administrative tasks
* Respond to emails and manage general enquiries
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Professional appearance and demeanour
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
