A well established property management business is looking for a Block Manager to join their Birmingham team. This is a stable, well run portfolio with the majority being freehold estates, making it a great role for someone who enjoys managing communities without the heavy Section 20 workload.
You will be responsible for around 1,100 units across a local portfolio, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and clients while maintaining control of your day to day.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of around 1,100 units, predominantly freehold
* Build strong relationships with residents, clients and contractors
* Oversee maintenance, repairs and estate standards
* Manage budgets, service charges and expenditure
* Handle enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Conduct site inspections across your portfolio
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
