This leading UK law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2–4 PQE) to join its highly tiered Legal 500 Real Estate team in their Bristol office.

The Role
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2–4 PQE) to join its growing Bristol office.
You will be joining a well-established and growing team acting on a wide variety of commercial property transactions. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build relationships with an impressive client base across a range of sectors.
In this role you will be involved in:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and portfolio management
* Property aspects of corporate transactions
* Development and regeneration projects
* Asset management work for a diverse range of clients
* High-quality work with nationally recognised clients
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions while developing your own caseload
Requirements:
* You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2–4 PQE
* Good technical knowledge of commercial real estate matters
* Experience managing transactions
* Excellent communication skills
* A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
